The service
ChiefOne26 helps you track existing business trips, documents, and expenses, with AI-assisted features. It does not book travel and is not a travel agency.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you and your team members add. Registration may be invite-only during our pilot.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you have no right to share, attempt to breach security or access other users' data, or use the service unlawfully.
AI features
Checklists, summaries, and entry-requirement research are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Always verify entry and visa requirements with official government or embassy sources before you travel.
Your data
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
